[Theme: TwentyEleven] Category in page – Pagination stays on same page

As start-page I’m using a page-template with 2 loops to display a number of posts from a specific category plus have the page-content appended after the posts at the bottom.
So one loop provides the category posts, while the other provides the ‘content-post’ which is the content you enter in the page-editor.

When posts_per_page is exceeded, the content-navigation appears, however the successive pages always show the same as the first page.
Also i won’t get a link to get back to previous on a paginated page.

I experimented quite a bit already but am stuck now.
