[resolved] Aligning header with nav menu (5 posts)

    Website: http://www.gnomi.co.uk
    Theme: Twenty Twelve Child Theme with Jetpack installed.

    Is there a code I could use to align the header/logo with the nav menu? I'd like the resultant effect to resemble this:

    If anyone is willing to provide a code for me and instructions for how to incorporate it into my current child theme - I am not an expert with CSS - then I would be very grateful.

    Hey. In you dashboard area, assuming you have Jetpack enabled, go to Appearance->Edit CSS.

    Add the following to the CSS editor:

    .site-header {
    position: relative;
    }

    .main-navigation {
    position: absolute;
    left: 10em;
    }

    This should get your menu looking how you want to. Let me know how you get on with this.
