   At the foot of each post is a link:

   Bookmark the <a href="foo">permalink</a>

   With the growing imporatnce of short URLs for use on Twitter and other such services, it would be good to have, along side this, either "Bookmark the short link", or better, the short link exposed on the page, either as a link or plain text.

   Any such link shoud have a rel="shortlink" attribute.
