are you using the three footer areas ‘one’ to ‘three’ for one widget each?
how wide is the browser you are viewing your site with?
what widgets are used?
please post a link to your site to ilustrate the problem.
Oh sorry, I use each Footer Area, 1, 2, and 3. 🙂
The widgets I use are Recent Posts and 2 Text Areas

style.css is broken in the region of line 2709 and after, which is adding wrong styles:

use a style.css of an unedited Twenty Eleven as reference to repair the stylesheet.
ideally create a child theme of Twenty Eleven to work with, and re-install an unedited version of Twenty Eleven;

then recreate your customisations in the child theme.
Thanks alchymyth! Glad for the help. Appreciate.
I’ve resolved it now. Like you’ve said use a style.css of an unedited Twenty Eleven as reference to repair the stylesheet… I saw a block of lines being repeated. Deleted it and everything looks fine now.
Thanks.
