   I just tried to put in my Title in Appearence, Edit, header. I wrote my title under header and not I can't get back to my blog. How do I get there and how do I undo. Thanks

   Download a fresh copy of your theme to your computer, unpack the archive and upload header.php to the current theme's folder (under wp-content/themes) using FTP (or whatever file management application your host provides).
