Theme template advice

I am seeking a theme template which meets the following requirements-
1. menu containing 6-8 links to other pages using same template
2. home page of large icons/pictures with small piece of text which is a link to the article
3. very easy linking throughout to my attached phpbb forums
4. archive
5. tags
6. pleasant look with greens and whites and greys and easy to customize into a marijuana-orientated aesthetic
7. option to place banner adverts
