[Theme: Superstore] Error in facebook connect

Hi all,
I have installed the Superstore theme, from Woothemes and I am facing a problem with facebook connect. I enter the url of my facebook profile in the theme’s settings( Superstore> Theme Options> Subscribe & Connect> Connect Settings> Facebook URL), the icon appears on the page but when I click on it, it gives me a 404 error.

The problem is in the redirect url. What I mean: when I mouseover the fb icon, I look at the url preview and what it does is to take the url of the current page of my website and adds the fb’s url in the end. Thus, it gives me a 404 error.

I tried to find the code segment which does the redirection but I couldn’ t find it.

Any ideas?
