    Hey there, I submitted my theme to the wordpress extend directory, and I received an email back claiming there is a PHP error on the index file. I checked, checked and rechecked and don't see any problem at all, and even tried two clean installs of wordpress with just the theme, and I'm not receiving the error myself.
    The email I received was:

    While reviewing Rupture - 1.0 we found the following:

    - Please make the license file plain text
    - Unable to review theme because of PHP error:

    PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSE in /usr/home/web/theme-test/public_html/wp-content/themes/rupture/index.php on line 31

    and my index.php looks like:

    <?php
    /*
    Author: Robin Bastien
    URL: http://www.ocularharmony.com
    Contact: rbastien@ocularharmony.com
    Theme Name: Rupture
    */
      get_header();?>
    <section id="primaryContent">
    <?
      if (have_posts()): ?>

      <ol id="posts">
      <?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
        <li class="postWrapper" id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>">
    	<section class="date"><span class="number"><?php the_time('d'); ?></span><br /><?php the_time('M')?><br /><section class="comments png"><?php comments_popup_link(__('0'), __('1'), __('%'))?></section></section>

    <h2 class="postTitle"><a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark"><?php the_title(); ?></a></h2>
    <div class="meta"><?php _e("Filed under:"); ?> <?php the_category(',') ?> — <?php the_tags(__('Tags: '), ', ', ' — '); ?> by <?php the_author() ?></div>
          <section class="excerpt"><?php the_excerpt(); ?><?php edit_post_link(__('Edit')); ?>
          </section>
          <div class="clear"></div>
          </li>

        <?php comments_template(); // Get wp-comments.php template ?>

        <?php endwhile; ?>

      </ol>
    <?php else : ?>

      <p><?php _e('404 Error!'); ?></p>

    <?php endif; ?>
    <?php posts_nav_link(' — ', __('&laquo; Newer Posts'), __('Older Posts &raquo;')); ?>

    </section>
        <?php get_sidebar(); ?>
    <?php get_footer(); ?>

    Any ideas?
