   Okay

   http://www.themusicmag.com

   the right sidebar widget is all coded in the sidebar.php as for some reason the widgets added via wordpress panel don't appaer.

   Any help?

   Sounds like the right sidebar isn't widget-ready. You need to edit the appropriate sidebar template as per the instructions on http://codex.wordpress.org/Widgetizing_Themes.
