Using Theme version 1.17.1, updated to WordPress 3.6 last night. Following, when attempting to make changes in the Appearance->Theme Settings, every tab with the exception of “General” has an issue where each option sub-tab underneath has nothing inside to change.

    For example:
Appearance->Theme Settings->Slideshow->Enable Slideshow has nothing inside.

Every tab is like this, with the exception of the “General” tab, where clicking each sub-tab will open a massive box (though the options ARE there).

    For example:
Appearance->Theme Settings->General->Colour Scheme has a MASSIVE area for only one line.

I’m not sure if this has already been noted and is an issue with 3.6, or if this is just me. Hoping someone can help! Thanks

  • Same from me!!!.. after updating to WP 3.6. Also, the WordPress Debug mode, shows me this notice after the WP update:

“Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /web/htdocs/www.webxprs.com/home/amigamania/web/wp-content/themes/custom-community/functions.php on line 1172”

I am having the same problem. I will submit a request for premium support in Themekraft and wait for a solution. If I had any anwser I will report to you. And if you find a way to fit this problem I will be geatful if you could help.

Glad it ain’t just me. I just started building my site two days ago so I thought I did something wrong 🙂

Just found I have the same problem this morning.

I have the same problem. I thought I’d broken something.

Same story here. I started 2 days ago and could change everything, but because I thought I did something wrong I reset the settings. Now I can’t change the things I could before. (menu corner radius, header and my menu (navigation) display’s 2 pages ‘Home’

Yes, this template is not useful without the theme settings functioning which seem to be the bulk of the coding. The only useful feature that is working is the slideshow.
It’s not worth a freebie or a pro version without any custom features.

    Hi @all,

Custom Community Update for WP 3.6 is on the way!

Sorry for the delay – hopefully tomorrow ready to publish some quick fixes.

Have a great rest of the weekend,
    Konrad

    Quick fix!

Go to admin / library.php on line 566 and insert this style directly before the div with the class wrap starts:

    <style>.ui-accordion .ui-accordion-content-active { height: auto !important; }</style>

Fixed update is on the way! 🙂

Whew! Just published a quick fix update of free and pro version!

See ticket for Custom Community in the WordPress trac:
    http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/query?priority=theme+update&status=new&status=reopened

It’s just a few themes in the line, and the theme review team became fast as hell right now! 🙂 Big props at this place to every theme reviewer!

I hope the theme goes live quickly!

For now you can also use the quick fix described above.

Thanks for reporting to everyone 🙂 Cheers, Konrad

Thank you Kondrad, much appreciated! Won’t be able to check the fix for a few days myself, but I’m confident I can tick this one off as resolved! 🙂

cheers! yes, the theme settings are back to normal again!

any new issues -> we will work us through all left issues thoroughly now.

you can report here or directly in our github issue tracker:
    https://github.com/Themekraft/Custom-Community/issues?state=open

Thanks for letting us know that the Theme Settings are back up and working again. Much appreciated.

The one issue I still seem to have is with the slideshow on my home page. It scrolls through only the the first two images and then seems stuck on the second image. Any idea why?

I’d appreciate any help you can offer.

    Thanks.
