Theme settings across subsites

Hi, I’m wondering about the best way to set theme settings in one site on a multi-site installation and migrate/move/propagate them to other sites (some or all sites in the network). Just as an FYI I’m using Woothemes Canvas, but would like to know the best way to do this in general, or by way of a plugin or steps.
