[Theme: Satoshi] Modified Navigation and warp question

Hi all,

I installed WordPress and tweaked it a bit to use it as a website for our company.
The base theme is Satoshi and I used the code for the navigation bar from the twentyeleven WordPress theme. So far so good and I am quite happy with the results already, but there are still some problems I cannot solve by myself.

1. The shadow of the navigation bar works perfectly on the welcome page, but when you go to any other page the shadow disappears. 🙁
2. The wrap container won’t adjust automatically to the height of the page/content. I set an static height now, so the white background covers the content on all pages. What am I doing wrong? 🙁
3. The theme ignores all < strong > tags, when I edit the page. The < b > tag works. How can I change that?
4. Do I have to take anything particular into account / is it completely legal to use WordPress and the Satoshi theme for a business site?
