   Any http request to any wordpress.org web page or file (.zip .gz , etc !) with 'themes' in the url is redirecting to http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/.

   So theme updates and downloads are failing. Obviously, so is browsing the themes directory.

   I sent an email to Matt, since trying to post about an issue with 'themes' was futile. (See 'illicious' post...or, rather, you can't see it right now, right?: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/site-navigation-for-themes?replies=1)

   (Then I figured out to add a space in 'theme s'. Hope this works...)

   I am having the same problem as well. Trying to install from one of my blogs results in:

   Downloading install package from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/download/width-smasher.1.9.zip…

   Unpacking the package…

   Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

   The issue has been noticed.. :)

   Could of sworn the word theme was also doing the same, but can confirm indeed that the word themes only appears to trigger the redirect..

   I'm sure someone is on it... ;)
