Theme reverting to WP default on certain pages?

    Visitors to my blog (agentathletica.com) have been saying that sometimes the theme reverts back to the blue and white WordPress default. I have seen it happen myself as well. Sometimes the home page is fine and clicking on posts triggers the issue, and sometimes the other way around. It doesn’t happen with every user every time.

    Help?!
