   I have upgraded recently to the latest version of WP, and selected a new theme. For some odd reason, the theme will work, and then the next morning I log in to my site, only to see that the theme has reverted back to the WP default. Going into the admin, the theme that should be showing is still the activated theme. I have to select a different theme, then reactivate the one I want to show for it to be active again on the site.

   Any ideas why this happens?

   One reason that might happen is if your chosen theme is missing files or generates an error. The Default theme is the "fall back" theme in those situations.

   If possible, check your web server logs for errors and see if anything useful shows up in there.
