I have the same problem than in http://wordpress.org/support/topic/theme-raindrops-custom-background-image-does-not-stay-fixed?replies=7

But I don’t know how to fix it. What file must I edit? In what folder is this file?

Is it a bug of the plugin? Are you going to solve that?

　Yes, Maybe bug of the Raindrops theme.

Are you going to solve that?

　I will check this issue, and maybe solve next version.

Please add below style rule, style.css last line.

Today I have installed the theme again, and there is no problem ¿¿??

The problem is fixed and all works perfectly (without doing the change, you say)
