Theme problem – missing stylesheets?

    So far I’m not having very good luck with 2.1. When I exported from wp.com to wp.org I lost all of my comments and had to delete my categories because they exported one category per post in this manner <![CDATA[*category*]]>.

    Current problem, I’m trying to find a new theme and every one is saying it’s missing the stylesheet once I get it loaded into ftp. Advise? Am I missing something?
