I have a blog page where I want to allow comments, but my others pages do not need that option (such as contact info, etc.). How do I remove the comment section at the bottom?

If you don't see the comment panel on your post/page edit screen, you may have to turn it on. Look in the top right for the Screen Options button. Click that and a panel will drop where you can turn on discussions. That is where you can turn off comments for specific posts/pages.
