[Theme: Portfolio Press] Portfolio bar/options now showing up in sidebar

First I’d like to thank you for a brilliant theme. (At least from what I saw in the demo.) I can’t seem to get WP to show the Portfolio toolbar on the left side (under post, media, links, etc.)therefore I can’t seem to get anything running. Help?!?
