   I want to use the Portfolio Press theme for my portfolio and I am happy with the features of the theme. One thing I cannot get done is: I made a page called portfolio and used the portfolio template. The images show up neatly, just as I like them.
   But I would like to add a page title and maybe some text on the page itself, which will not show right now.
   Any thoughts on that?

   All help is highly appreciated.

   The post page you created in order to use the Portfolio layout is the post you need to add title, etc...

   Hi. I am having the same problems. My homepage is a portfolio template page and doesn't allow you to insert text *before* the portfolio. Does anyone know of a way to simply edit the code in the template to allow you to do this? (I try and stay away from fiddling with the code, but I end up doing it if I have to).
