   I recently created my theme via local host and tried to upload the theme via admin panel upload tool.

   When i go to my page it loads briefly than after like a second it pops out and looks crap. Is this a database issue?

   any help is appreciated.

   This looks like an issue with your CSS.

   Oh, and your HTML is seriously messed up with somehow double up of HTML, HEAD and BODY elements on the same page.

   wow its amazing how 1 extra style sheet randomly put on a server include can screw things up unnoticed.
