My theme options did work fine, but I just noticed they have stopped working. I deactivated all of my plugins, no change. It is writing to the database, but it doesn't reflect changes on the theme options page, or the site.

Fixed it! It was wordpress 3.1. I went back to 2.9 and it works again.
