Theme options – slider – size of images slows loading of site

    I was wondering why my website was slow to load when clicking off google… it took 8 seconds!

    I contacted by service provider and they said everything was ok there end and it looks like the images are making it slow. Show I checked this out and it seems to be the sheer size of the images on the theme options slider……..

    Any ideas of how to change this to make the site faster? Ive deleted unused plugins and images and now have an average of 4 second load, but it just seems to be the banner images on the home page being slow loading.

    Do you have a link to your site so I can take a look at it for ya?

    Also, please list your WordPress version, as well as the plugins and theme used
