AIMSDuke University has recently started using WPMu for club websites. I am responsible for a couple of the clubs at Duke's Law school. I had the WPMu site admin install the Elegant theme for use for our clubs, under my user. While the site-admin can access the theme specific options, as a lessor-permission'd admin, I cannot. He tells me that only the three highest level admins, those who have site-wide access can get to those options (something I cannot get). While people like me, who manage individual sub-sites cannot access them. Can someone help me figure out what needs to be changed in the WPMu settings or in the theme settings to adjust those permissions?
