Theme options doesn't work

Dear Fruitful Team!

I would like to use your theme because it’s amazing.
I installed it and when I go to Appearence and choose Theme Options I can see the possibilities (General, Header, Background, etc.), but when I click on them nothing happened, didn’t show up anything.

What can I do for working?
