Theme – NOT WORKING

Hi,

Today I’ve installed a wordpress theme (richwp affiliate theme) and the instalation went fine.

If anyone knows richwp themes, they come with “richwp theme control’ panel, which is a control panel you use to change the design of the theme.

The problem resides here.

Everything I do on the panel doesn’t make any change on the theme.

I go back to the options to see if the ‘ticks’ still there on the options I wanted and they are gone.

It’s like I haven’t changed anything.

Every change I do using the panel does nothing and the ‘ticks’ are not ‘recorded’.

Does anyone know why this may be happening?
