Theme not loading CSS/JS

Hi,

I built a site on my localhost and tried to move it online today. It seems to have gone ok apart from the css and javascript are failing to load on the custom theme I built. When I do so its giving me a 500 internal server error with the css/js urls. I’ve built wordpress themes plenty of times but for some reason can’t figure out whats causing this error.

The default wordpress themes work which is the frustrating thing.

update: I uploaded the theme to another domain I hold and it works on there, could it be the domain it was uploaded to?
