A week or two ago (i havent been on wordpress for a while) i tried to view my site on a few other computers to see if its working.

Note: At the time I was using WordPress 3.8.1 now using 3.9.

A few computers, (which are not outdated at all) could not view my theme. The website was blank except for basic text.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY SITE AND ITS THEME IS VIEWABLE TO EVERYONE ON ANY COMPUTER?

i right clicked - then clicked 'inspect element' and this came up.

Firstly is your site supposed to be under:

    http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/

    or

    http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/mcc-ua/

Secondly what happened to your wp-content/ folder? I am seeing

    /themes/twentytwelve/js/navigation.js

    instead of

    wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/js/navigation.js

Seems like the folder is missing or you have a permissions issue on your server. best thing to do is backup and reinstall wordpress

Well I have no idea what I can do now but can you give me a little more context.
where can I find this 'wp-content/ folder' and what do you mean by my sight being 'under' http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/? you mean the domain name? yes it is supposed to be http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/

    Error point to http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/mcc-ua/

If you have ftp or hosting panel access access look for the wp-content folder either under the root or inside mcc-au folder. In admin also go to Settings > general - wp-admin/options-general.php and check what it has for

    WordPress Address (URL)

    and

    Site Address (URL)

Okay so I think i changed http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/mcc-ua/ to http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/ and the problem still occurs. I reinstalled wordpress again but I am yet to put my backup files back. Now I can't get to the wordpress login page and it doesn't display properly.

    I am getting the errors...

I dont see any errors on the console and I can see all those files are lioaded correctly on the source. I also looked at your admin and the page lioads up correctly - http://marshallcustomcams.com.au/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmarshallcustomcams.com.au%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

    Have you cleared your cache?

Okay so I was told the .htaccess file has been set to default, the plugins are deactivated and wordpress was reinstalled and my site put back up. It appears to all be working from my end. Does it now for you? I still don't understand how the plugins are working and supposedly deactivated when they say they are activated in my backend.
