    Hello Folks

So I got my site up again, but now the theme is messed up.
    skolaiimages.com/journal

the home page there should show 'new posts' . which it does, but is all messed up .. if you view a particular post, everything looks just about as it should

    skolaiimages.com/journal/2012/01/18/creative-work-and-the-power-of-command-q/

most of the posts, anyway .. some of them are showing up weird - such as this one:

    skolaiimages.com/journal/2011/12/26/alaska-photos-of-the-year-2011/

All the images there should be thumbnails .. and they were, until recently. And, if I change from the current 'Default' them to another one, say Twenty Eleven, everything seems to display correctly.

I have made no changes to the theme files that I can figure out what's going on.

What I have changed is the configuration .. I had wordpress all in the 'journal' directory, but created a static front page on the root directory of the site .. so skolaiimges.com went to skolaiimages.com/index.php and showed a static page which I had called 'front page' .. everything was fine. In my attempts to maybe resolve an excess CPU problem, I tried to switch that back so that everything wordpress was in the 'journal' directory, and skolaiimages.com went back to being skolaiimages.com/index.html .. a static page (most of the site is either static pages or coppermine-gallery driven photo gallery - the wordpress section is pretty simply the blog, and 2 pages) .. so when i tried to change everything back into the 'journal' directory things went awry .. at the moment, it's all fine except those issues above .. which only started up after I made the above changes.

I'm sorry for sounding so convoluted here. But I figure a little background might help with finding the issue.

    Thanks so much.

    cheers
