   Just uploaded the magazine basic theme to a new site which has 3.3 running

   http://cabrioletclub.co.uk/

   and it shows the sidebars one under the other. I tried updating the theme but still have the same problem.

   Any solutions?

   there seems to be an excess </div> before the call of the second sidebar;
   if you haven't edited anything, then this might be a mistake in your theme. (it has a rather complicated conditional section in loop.php)

   also, try to add more posts, and the error might disappear (?).

   (you might want to contact the theme author about the problem ?)
