Theme looks terrible in internet explorer?

    Hi, I recently started a new website and my theme looks great in Firefox, Chrome and Safari, but the styling around my post excerpts is completely off in Internet Explorer. Can anyone tell me how I can make a specific rule or something to fix this problem?
