I have just downloaded the theme ChaoticSoul and put it on my site but I then noticed that there is no option to login to write new posts or anything. I plan on adding that into the code but for now how do I get back into admin on my site? Thanks.

You should be able to just type wp-admin/ at the end of your blogs url and get there.
