   i'm trying to install a new theme, and although it says it installed successfully, i get these warnings as well:

   Warning: fopen(/home4/nuriabdu/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/white/style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/nuriabdu/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3598

   Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home4/nuriabdu/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3601

   Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home4/nuriabdu/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3604

   can anyone tell me where to go to fix this and what to do?

   show this error to your webhost and ask them why the server restricts this
