   I apologize in advance if this is an impolite question, but I know some theme developers allow people to acquire a license of their themes, allowing the user to legally remove the footer attribution.

   Do you offer this?

   I don't know if this site is in the know, but they say you offer something: http://blogthemesplus.com/arclite/ (see lower left corner).

   Please advise.

   you have a lot of free themes everywhere . Google some .
