A link to your site would help. Looking at the theme, it appears to have a navigation bar on pages. It's not configurable, though, by the looks of it, because the theme doesn't support menus.
If I'm right, adding configurable menu support would be quite a complex job, in my opinion. If your PHP/HTML/CSS are not really strong, I'd advise looking for a theme that supports configurable menus.

trilliumliz I see that you figured it out. I'm using intrepidity theme and some of the pages on the navigation are showing but other pages aren't. Any resources you can help me out with. I'm experencing the same issue. Thanks for any help!!
It took a lot of trial and error and I've tried to retrace my steps but am not having much success. I know that it has to do with the way the page is defined as the Home Page. I'm actually going to be developing another website on the same theme in the next month and will have to figure it out (again) then. The answer is in either within Menu or Widgets.
I've found what I was looking for. Not sure if it's the same thing you were after.
On the Settings: Reading you define which is the front page. I still have a redundant Home button at the top - but I'm leaving it as is.
The rest of your question is addressed by the configuration you specifiy in the Custom Menu under widgets.
Hope that helps.
