I'm just starting out with the Hatch theme (which I love). However, I'm hoping that someone (anyone!) can explain to me in very simple terms that my tired brain can understand the differences between "photo albums", "galleries" and "portfolios" in this theme.
Or, alternatively, if this info already exists somewhere and you can provide a link, that would be awesome too.
