[Theme: Hatch] cannot load feature image most of the time

99% of the time I cannot get the feature image to load when trying to create a new post. I click ‘set feature image’ and the word ‘saving..’ appears. Then NOTHING happens. I have waited for hours and still nothing happens. I have tried everything I can think of, even re-installing hatch. I am working on PC using internet explorer.
