Theme has disappeared

Hi,

I was just changing some of the settings in my blog, and my theme has disappeared/is not being used (page just displays as text and links on a plain white background) http://www.pureeire.org/blog.

Also, all links on the blog index page just reload the same page, so I can’t log in or change any settings.

…right, I’ve worked out what’s gone wrong, but not how to fix it. In ‘General Options’, I have edited the ‘WordPress address (URI)’ to http://pureeire.org/ (should be: http://pureeire.org/blog). I can’t work out how to correct this – have got as far as General Options, but when I click Update Options, a message says I have to enable sending referrers. I have tried the various options in different browsers, but it doesn’t work.

Any ideas, please…?
