http://www.flickr.com/photos/rttr/781983354/ <--- that mess keeps happening for some reason I've yet to figure out why. I dont know if its because I keep uploading new files, something with the script i'm editing. Any suggestions to stop it would be great help thank you!

It has been posted several times: I assume you are editing the files with an editor that changes the line break type in the template files.
Are you on a Mac by any chance?

"all i do is play with home.php and style.css"

It's not correct on a Mac (Safari) either, as best I can tell.

There's a theme layout issue on both sites, his/hers and at flickr.

I bet there's a div=xxxx that is unclosed or xxxx doesn't exist in the theme.

OK, what is shown in the image linked in the OP - that's a typical result of saving the stylesheet with wrong line breaks and as a result the whole stylesheet showing up in the admin > Presentation.

ppragados, are you by any chance editing with dreamweaver or frontpage?

moshu, his site has been half-fix-ed since that screen shot. Actually, I've seen that picture before, I think. Neck hairs are up about the site.
