   Howdy!

   The site in question - http://welshpixie.com

   The mobile-specific CSS has been stripped as per another post I found with the same issue where the theme author suggested removing this CSS, but the problems persist; most pointedly, inability to zoom or pan when viewing from a mobile device (confirmed with iphone and android).

   Any help much appreciated!

   Try removing or commenting out the frisco_add_responsive() function on lines 125-129 of functions.php in the Frisco theme folder.
