[Theme: Frisco for BuddyPress] How to disable mobile version of theme

Congratulations on this fantastic theme. Your generosity in making this formidable work available free is much appreciated.

The theme looks brilliant on desktop / laptop computers and in some tablets. But do you know how to disable the mobile version of the theme (or of any theme) so that mobile visitors can have access to the desktop version of the site?
