Theme for Large Sites?

    I may be responsible for setting up and maintaining a reasonably large, media heavy site in the near future. I’ve never built a site on this scale before, and I’m unsure if I should start with a parent theme or do a custom theme from scratch.

    I’ve narrowed down my possible starting points to:

    (1) Thematic
    (2) Theme Hybrid
    (3) Toolbox

    Anyone have any opinions on this? Pros and Cons, etc?
