   I have a custom menu, but when I try and move items on the menu editor page (dragging and dropping to change the order/sub-page level) I can't. Also, the contextual help and screen option links tabs on the page don't work.

   Is this a JS problem? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?

   Found out it was a browser problem. Clearing the cache sorted things.
