    Hello,

The theme on my website failed. I can't login to the dashboard or visit the website.

I know that I need to switch out the theme by renaming the broken theme in the FTP.

However I can't locate the theme in the FTP database. I can see other themes, but not the one that I need. I have checked everything from the root folder down.

Where else could this theme be located?

Is there another way to reset the theme?

    Thanks,

    Kaitlyn

It should be in the themes folder:

    wp-content
         themes
             twentysomething themes
             your theme

FTP doesn't access the database - the above should be files/folders on your server.

What's the URL of your site? What theme are you using?

    Hello,

    It is awakeningnuenergy.com

It is not listed under wp-content themes, however twentysomething themes are listed there.

This is not my website, I am trying to help a friend.

Could it be in another database? It states that she has 2 databases. How would I access that?

    Thank you

It's not in a database - themes files are in a directory on the server. The error message shows where it is located:

    html/cms/wp-content/themes/customizr/parts/class-main-footer.php on line 88

You need to rename the customizr folder:

    wp-content
        themes
            customizr.RENAME THIS FILE

How are you accessing the site files on the server? Are you using FTP - are you sure you are connected correctly? Where is the site hosted?
