[Theme: Etherna] Media posts appearing instead of Blog posts

Hi all I’m sure this is a bit of a random question but every so often when making posts on my blog the post just becomes the featured image, for example –

http://www.leejonesbuildingandroofing.co.uk/gutter-cleaning-services/

Yet on the actual blog list it shows part of the post as normal but no image –

http://www.leejonesbuildingandroofing.co.uk/blog/

it’s the third post down which I have re-posted from the trash so I can show the problem and have made a new fresh post which is the 1st one

Hope that makes some sense?

I cant see any options or anything I have done differently but it has happened on about 5 posts recently that I have deleted and re-posted.
