   Say I have 2 themes. Theme A and theme B.
   And i have Theme A active/selected.
   If i use the theme editor to edit Theme B while Theme A is the selected one, when i save a file, it says "Sorry, that file cannot be edited." But the file is actually saved and edited.
   Same thing happens if Theme B is active, and i'm trying to edit a theme A file.

   oops. this shld be in the mosquito. My bad. but can't delete.
