    Where do I need to add the code for the following plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/content-slide/

    in layout-head.php right under this:

    <?php do_action('easel-content-area'); ?>

    if it's a narrowcolumn width content slider, otherwise put it right above:

    <div id="content-wrapper">
