Theme does't have comments.php

    Hello,
    I want to know where is my comment form what is coding for that i doesn’t have any comment.php file on my theme please tell me where i can find comment form and what is the syntax for that i am using crystalline theme by rocket theme. i want to add manually badge code but i cant find comment form please help me.
