Theme Disappeared

I was working on the CSS for my Landscape theme and deleted the paragraph at the start because I didn’t think it was necessary (lesson learned.) My entire theme then disappeared and was replaced by the default theme on the dashboard, however still shows up otherwise.

Could someone tell me the correct way to get this theme back on my dashboard.
