Theme deshaped permanently!

    I made some changes to the theme’s header’s image and code and it got deshaped. I tried my best to restore it to its original shape but failed. so i decided to replace all the files of themes with the original files using smartFTP client. But what I see I can’t believe!!! The theme was still deshaped! Please help me and tell me how can I restore my themes original shape. I think it will be possible by clearing the tables in phpMyadmin???

    Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.
